Start with curiosity. Plan with care.
We connect first-time visitors with experience seasons, communities, real businesses and places worth researching. WildNWT is not an official tourism board, booking service or emergency information service.
Our editorial approach
We write original introductions and use operator websites, destination information and public land managers to check basic facts. Each listing carries source links and a verification date. Approximate map coordinates are for orientation; some pins represent a planning community rather than a property location.
Confirm the details that matter
A listing is not an endorsement. Travellers should confirm operating status, pricing, availability, permits, accessibility and conditions directly with the business or responsible authority. Experience months are planning suggestions, not advertised operating dates.
Corrections and new listings
If information has changed, contact WildNWT with the listing name and an authoritative source. Businesses can submit a listing for editorial review. Submissions are never published automatically.
